Educational Scientist M.A.
I completed my studies in "Educational Science" at the University of Osnabrück from 2020 to 2023. My focus was on "Education and Training in Societal Heterogeneity." I completed my practical semester at the social pedagogical training center in Münster.
State-recognised Social Worker & Social Pedagogue B.A.
I completed my studies in Social Work at Münster University of Applied Sciences from 2010 to 2013. My focus was on Health, Disability, and Illness. I completed my practical semester at the LWL Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy in Münster.
Lecturer for Systemic Counseling, Therapy, Couple and Family Therapy (DGSF)
From 2018 to 2025, I completed a mentoring program with Prof. Dr. Ingo Zimmermann to qualify as a teacher of systemic counseling, therapy, couple and family therapy (DGSF). This entitles me to conduct DGSF e.V.-certified training courses. My primary approaches are growth-oriented (V. Satir), symbolic-experiential (C. Whittaker), and solution-focused (S. de Shazer & IK Berg).
Systemic Supervisor (SG)
From 2024 to 2025, I completed advanced training as a systemic supervisor according to the standards of SG eV with Christina Achner and Cihan Akbaba at the Institute for Solution-Focused Communication in Bielefeld. Here, solution-focused approaches (S. de Shazer & IK Berg) were explored in greater depth.
Systemic Counselor, Therapist, Couple and Family Therapist (DGSF)
I completed my training as a consultant and therapist at the social pedagogical training institute in Münster from 2014 to 2018 under Prof. Dr. Ingo Zimmermann. There, I focused particularly on structural (S. Minnuchin), strategic (J. Haley) and solution-focused (S. de Shazer & IK Berg) concepts.
Master Constellator (CI) & Master Trainer (CI)
As part of the international recognition process for systemic constellations with Constellators International, training, experience, and commitment in the field are evaluated annually using a points system. Following initial certification in 2024 and recertification in 2025, I again achieved Level III Master Constellator (CI) and Master Trainer (CI) status in 2026.
Laughter Yoga Leader (CLYL) & Laughter Yoga Teacher (CLYT)
Laughter Yoga (also known as Hasya Yoga) is an international movement and scientifically recognized method for promoting physical, mental, and social well-being, founded by physician Dr. Madan Kataria. After completing the Laughter Yoga University International training as a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader (CLYL) with Veronika Spogis in 2017, I was able to complete the Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher (CLYT) training with Sandra Mandl and Susanne Klaus at the 7th German Laughter Yoga Congress in Bad Meinberg in 2024. There, I also had the opportunity to meet Dr. Madan Kataria in person.
